Welcome to Burwood School

Burwood School is located in North East Christchurch in a picturesque setting alongside the Avon River.  This setting is complemented by the school’s mature grounds and our emphasis on a pleasant and restful landscaped environment.

The school caters for children from Years 1 to 6 (five to eleven year olds).  By always endeavouring to provide the best of educational opportunities, it has given exemplary service to the children and families of the Burwood Community for more than 135 years.
